CCS has been involved sine June 2002 for providing strategic reasoning and objective analysis for a major company in the Kingdom of Bahrain and has provided a Due Diligence review on the target company along with a valuable understanding of typical deal structure, common pitfalls and the financial implications to the shares holders of the acquiring company.
