Corporate Consultancy Services(CCS) is providing Management Consultancy Services to major corporate companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The promoter and the Managing Partner of CCS is a qualified accounting and finance professional who had worked with Aluminium Bahrain(ALBA), one of the largest Aluminium Smelter with current annual production capacity reaching to 750,000 tones per year for 12 years and then from 1998 has been provided with a license to conduct auditing and management consultancy services by the Ministry of Commerce, The Kingdom of Bahrain.
CCS concentrating on Management Consultancy services for major corporate companies has been functioning as an independent consulting firm since June 2002 after the split of Management Consultancy activities from the statutory auditing activities, both activities started by the Managing Partner in 1998.
CCS measures its success in terms of its clients financial results. We only accept assignments where we believe the client will see at least a three-fold payback on our fees.

Responsible for Management Consultancy division for providing various consultancy services including Due Diligence study, Systems reviews, Internal control reviews, Cost Control and Cost Reduction reviews, Conducting stock reviews, Profit Improvement Plan consultancy, preparation of organizational manuals, project feasibility studies and project financing, recruitment of accounting professionals and provided turnaround solutions to poor performing units.

Responsible for bringing major industrial projects to Bahrain from India worth over BD 6 million.

Worked with M/s Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) a major Aluminium Smelter in the Kingdom of Bahrain for over 11 years in various capacities such as Chief Internal Auditor, Acting Manager Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Project Finance.

Worked in India for over 7 years with various organizations such as Hindustan Construction Company Ltd., Schrader-Scovill Duncan Ltd., and Precision Fasterners Ltd., as Chief Internal Auditor.

Gained Chartered Accountancy Training from M/s S.Venkatram & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai, India for 4 years.
